CME cardiology Course
Or how to make Romans love Rome.
An important operator in the Italian health system asked us to help involve Roman doctors to participate in a CME course.
The value of the course was undoubted, even though it was programmed on Fridays and Saturdays.
A comfortable and central meeting room with parking facilities semplified the logistics.
Opening the Room Paolina and the terraces of Castel Sant’Angelo for a private visit and dinner made this event a success.
An absolute privilege for all the participants and a pleasant surprise even for those who are at home in Rome.
Company Meetings for a pharmaceutical company
Music for the eyes among the rooms of Palazzo Colonna.
For some groups of participants arriving from all over Italy to visit the production plant, we needed to create a gathering moment after the work commitments. For this purpose, we chose Palazzo Colonna, one of the most prestigious noble buildings in Rome, where the Prince Colonna still lives.
With a private visit to its rooms, which host an art collection that can compete with the Sixtine Chapel, and a chamber music concert followed by a light refreshment, the objective of involving the guests was reached. With all the senses.
Presenting an Annual Report in a non-traditional framework
A question of points of view.
The Tiber river offers suggestive views of the city.
We therefore suggested our customer to present their annual report
in the luxurious atmosphere and the shady
decks of a boat in the heart of the city. Could the final balance not be positive?
Team building without Tibetan bridges.
Rome is the stage of many films that have made the history of cinema. This is the idea that has taken us to Trastevere to propose it as the location for a really original treasure hunt.
With their cameras, the participanting teams needed to involve locals and tourists in the famous neighborhodd to show at best their video-maker skills.
During the final evening, the city walls were the screen to project the short films and the stage for the award ceremony.
An international institutional meeting
Rome was hosting the event and it was necessary to make this intense meeting unique.
The delegates and accompanying people were supposed to arrive.
And so, while the first were at work, we took their accompanying guests shopping among the top Italian and international boutiques in the center.
Something was still missing. The detail that made this Roman meeting unforgettable: the magic
of a private visit to the Sixtine Chapel and the Vatican Museum.
Open just for them. Uforgettable!
